  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within the estimated time of delivery provided on the shipping page.
  • The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will surely help you to track down your package through our partner courier services.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking id that can be used on the courier service provider’s website to track shipment. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
  • Cash on delivery option is not a trial option & payment is necessary before accepting order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of COD option in future orders.
  • We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Kerry Indev express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-com express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. 
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, kindly send an email within 4 hours of placing the order. Please note that once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
  • Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us, and your order will stand cancelled. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
